Rebranding Public Rec

The brand had strong product but an unclear point of view, with no positioning beyond “comfort” until we defined a clear strategy: a menswear brand for guys who couldn't care less about menswear.

As Creative Director, the CMO and I led the repositioning and rebrand, working with a cross-functional team to build a distinct voice and unified visual system.

Moving from transactional marketing to brand storytelling strengthened demand and set the foundation for long-term growth.
